Each day will begin with a buffet style breakfast, comprising of cereals, breads, local meats & cheeses, fruits, yoghurts, and smoothies. At lunch time you have a wide variety of restaurants and cafes that are clearly marked on the piste maps and spread throughout the town. After a day of skiing or snowboarding, you will be able to enjoy afternoon tea and freshly baked cakes back in the comfort of the chalet. In the evening, a delicious four course meal is served with complimentary wine. An example of one of our typical dinner menu is as follows: Starter Caramelised Balsamic and Red Onion Tarts with Goats Cheese
Peppered duck breast with chanterelle mushroom sauce, Dessert Basil and white chocolate mouse with sticky balsamic strawberries Cheese platter
