Here at Ride & Slide we recognise that the secret to a great winter sports holidays is good food (and plenty of good wine!). Our professional chefs design menus to give you a wide range of fine cuisine, and we will do our best to cater for any dietary requirements or special requests you may have.

Each day will begin with a buffet style breakfast, comprising of cereals, breads, croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, conserves. In addition there will be a hot breakfast option provided each day.

At lunch time you have a wide variety of restaurants and cafes that are clearly marked on the piste maps and spread throughout the town.

After a day of skiing or snowboarding, you will be able to enjoy afternoon tea and cakes back in the comfort of the chalet.

In the evening, a delicious four course meal is served with complimentary wine of a high standard (nb: 3 course meals in Chalet Madosa). An example of one of our typical dinner menu is as follows:

Starter

  • Smoked duck salad with marinated cucumber and sesame dressing

Main Course

  • Pan fried Sea Bream with spiced soy prawn butter sauce and saffron steamed rice

Dessert

  • Hot chocolate fondant with pistachio ice-cream

Cheese platter

  • A delicious selection of local French cheeses

Our chef's have one night off each week allowing you the opportunity to try one of the local restaurants. We will be happy to help with any reservations that you may require.
